A pretty good Lamian noodle soup place in Florence. The broth reminded me of HK brisket noodle stock but less white and szechuan peppers. Like pho without the lemongrass. Clear and clean broth, wonderful and perfect. Works really well with the lamian, which had a good bite and consistency. The two chefs are seen working hard on the dough. Had the pork dumplings, which was ok. Juicey, probably had a cube of jelly containing broth in it when steamed. I can see why some reviewers commented on too much wrapping rather than meat filling in the pork dumplings. There were two sauces, one for pork dumplings, other had vinegar in it so its for xiao lung bao. I would visit again to eat that bowl of lamian soup. 4.7 score is about right.- Tipo di pasto

The seating inside isn’t too packed, which makes for a comfortable dining experience, but the place was totally full when we went — so if you’re thinking of coming on the weekend, I’d definitely recommend getting there early or being ready to wait a bit. Totally worth it, though! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home.
My kids were absolutely thrilled with the animal-shaped BAO — they couldn’t stop smiling! It was such a fun and relaxing outing for the whole family. One of those little moments you just want to hold onto.- Cibo

Got the classic lanzhou noodles after endless Italian food on our trip and it was so good. The noodles were perfectly cooked, spice was great and delicious broth. Kind management and food came out very fast. Definitely recommend this place!

Great texture and chewiness for noodles, broth was light and flavourful as well as very helpful staff. We have this at home (in Australia) called - Lanzhou beef noodles. It is on the higher end (15 euro), but this by far exceeds expectation. Highly recommend.

My only gripe is the air conditioning isn't great, so eating hot soup in a hot environment definitely causes sweating!

Delicious homemade lamian! You can even witness the chef making them in the kitchen. Service is nice. Definitely will come back when in Florence !

If you love proper Chinese noodles, Kung Fu Lamian in Firenze is a must. The noodles are hand-pulled right in front of you and cooked perfectly. Chewy, fresh, and full of flavor. You can even choose the number of turns you want so that the noodles turn out just the way you like them. The broth is rich and balanced, and the portions are generous without being heavy.

Wow, was really not expecting to have the best hot noodle soup of my life on our trip to Italy (we are Pho Lovers)... was my husband's best meal of our Italian trip. Could eat the pork dumplings every day 😍😍😍

Hands down the BEST noodles I have had ever. I got the Ramen without soup. It was so tasty with beef. And this was 2024 March. I have not been able to find anything like it in the USA or Canada. This was the highlight on the food side in Italy.

Best food I had in a 10 day trip to Italy across Florence and Rome!! So much flavor and an AMAZING serving size for the price. First time I felt full in Italy. I back home now and I am reminiscing about this place, I haven’t found another place like it. I ordered the classic Lamian/8 tirate. They made our noodles on the spot. So fresh and nice! This restaurant felt very authentic and had great service

stumbled upon this on a walk in florence and it did not disappoint. one of our favourite meals in the city! ordered the classic lamian with a vegetarian version and the wood ear fungus with tofu side dish. service was great and everything was delicious! 😋

The Chinese ramen was absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and perfectly chewy noodles—definitely a 10/10. The brothless ramen was equally amazing, packed with intense flavors and a satisfying texture in every bite!

I have been a lot of times and it's delicious every single time, I also like that you have available at every single table a little pot with a sort of spicy sauce, so you can increase to your liking the spiciness of your noodles. If they aren't super packed with people then the service goes very quickly. The staff is always nice as well.

If you're looking for something nice and hot, this is the place to go. It was less than a mile walking from our hotel. We chose the classic noodles as they have different noodles as far as thickness. Everything is made in-house, which I find excellent feeling as close to home as possible halfway around the world 🌎
